Project description
Through its vast satellite and network systems, Shanghai TV University reaches to over 230 community learning centres to address the need for digital literacy of students, teachers, adults and lifelong learners. It provides training to in-service teachers even in the most remote and underdeveloped areas, provides teaching resources to rural schools and lifelong learning support to over four million Shanghai residents and migrant workers.
